CO-ED Soccer Skills Camp by Kasey Bortz (CCA) at CCA HS Stadium

8am to 10am: Grades 1-6,  10am to Noon: Grades 7-12

Coach Bortz has been coaching soccer for 11+ years.  She also played at CCA.  She is an assistant girls soccer coach at CCA and AYSO.  Additionally is pursing her Grass Roots licensee through the US Soccer Federation. Coach Bortz will be assisted by CCA current and past players. 

Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, cleats or athletic shoes, shin guards and a ball if you have one!

Zumba - Summer 2025

Zumba features Latin inspired music and dance to combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility for a total body workout. 

Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7pm at The Tiffin Middle School library. 

No class on June 30 or July 2.

Co-Ed Slow Pitch Softball, D/E - Fall 2025

Get a group of friends together for some Co-ed Softball played on Monday nights tat the City of Tiffin Ball Fields. Bring the kids down and let them run around in the park while you play some softball on beautiful Iowa fall evenings.  This is played at the D/E level, recreational and fun.

Monday Nights, game times will be 6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm. We are planning on a 6 week regular season followed by a 2 week playoff. Contact your favorite local business to see if they are interested in sponsoring your team! Games will be 5 innings or a 1 hour time limit.

No games on Labor Day weekend. Rules are listed under our DOWNLOADS tab, located on the main page banner, near the top of the page.

We usually have paid umps but if we can't find any it may be an ump each other's games situation.

Pee-Wee Volleyball (Grades 1-2) - Fall 2025

Get coached by Pro Beach Volleyball player Erin O'Connor!  Erin is a Tiffin resident and also runs that Iowa Sand Academy!

Erin will teach your kid the basics of volleyball and get a head start developing physical and mental skills.. Participants will be given instruction on a variety of skills and will scrimmage each week.  There are NO teams, its ran like a camp, drills and scrimmages.  Shirts are not provided at this level.

This will take place on Mondays from 6 to 7pm at the Tiffin Middle School.

Volunteer assistant coaches are needed for this program.

Pee-Wee(PK-K) touch football - Fall 2025

For boys and girls in KG Fall of 2025 or 2026, no one younger please.

Get introduced to flag football by playing in this six week, one day a week parent coached program which will cover all the basics and have some scrimmaging.  There are NO teams, it's ran like a camp.  Shirts are not given at this level.  Vests will be provided for scrimmaging. 

• Takes place one day a week, Wed's from 5:30 to 6:30pm at the Tiffin Aux Fields, 100 South Park Road. 
• If the days/times end up not working for you, you will receive a full refund.
• WE NEED COACHES, head coaches will receive a full refund.
• No one will be turned away because of cost, contact fhaege@tiffin-iowa.org to request scholarships.
• No need for any equipment.  Just show up in sneakers and a t-shirt/shorts.

Supreme League Flag Football - Fall 2025

Practice Fields MAP   

• We are a part of the NFL ran flag program where each kids gets an authentic NFL team jersey to wear for season and keep.  Levels are grades 1/2. 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8.
•  Practices in Tiffin at the Auxiliary Fields on Hwy 6.  Games are Sunday's in Tiffin and CV.  
• WE NEED COACHES, Head Coaches receive a 100% registration refund.  Sign yourself or your coach up as a volunteer to coach.  We also take older brothers, grand parents, etc.
• There will be a FREE “Mini - Camp” for players and coaches prior to the season, July 29 and 31, 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Tiffin Auxiliary Fields, 105 South Park Road; Tiffin, Iowa. 
• Practices start week of Aug 11th, one or two nights a week, exact times and day(s) will depend on coaches schedule. Scrimmage day is Aug 24th. Nothing on Aug 31, then games Sunday's Sept. 7  - Oct 26.  Playoff rain date is Oct 27.  Teams will be published the week after mini-camp.
• There is no mandatory equipment for you to buy,  cleats and mouth guards are highly encouraged. 

• If the days/times, location of practices end up not working for you, you will receive a refund if you withdraw before 1st game.

Supreme League Volleyball - Fall 2025

Learn the basics of volleyball and get a head start on junior high play. Participants will be given instruction on a variety of skills and will play matches each week.  Levels are grades 3/4 and 5/6 grouped together.

In addition to the games on Tuesdays, there will be a practice on either Monday, Wed or Th that will be determined by your child's coach and facility availability. Games are in either Tiffin, NL or CV, practices are in Tiffin at the Middle School gym.

We will have a FREE players/coaches clinic on Tuesday, August 12, at the North Liberty Community Center from 5:15 to 6:45 pm for the 3rd-4th grade division and 7:00 to 8:30  for the 5-6 grade division, no sign up just show up.

Volunteer coaches are needed for this program.  To be a coach, sign yourself up as a volunteer.  We can not start until we have enough coaches.  No experience is necessary.

GIRLS Supreme League Flag Football - Summer II 2025

Join us for this exciting NEW program. Girls Supreme League NFL Flag Football!   Emphasizing skill development, sportsmanship, total participation, and fun. For girls entering 1st thru 8th grade in 2025-26 school year.

Dates are July 8, 10, 15, 17, 24 (nothing July 31)and, Aug 7, 6pm to 7pm, Tiffin Auxiliary fields, 100 South Park Road. The first three meetings will be practices then after that practice/scrimmages.  Frank Haege will be there to head things up with help from coaches.

Teams are formed in NL, CV, and Tiffin. Kids are placed on the team in the city through which they registered.  Tiffin teams split up with parity being the priority. 

Thursday games, plus one day of the week for practices (time will be chosen by your child’s coach). Volunteer coaches are needed for this program, Please sign up when you sign up your kid.  Head coaches will receive a full tuition reimbursement half way thru the season.  Practices will be in Tiffin, games could be in either Tiffin or Coralville.  

No one will be be turned away because of cost, email fhaege@tiffin-iowa.org to inquire about a need based scholarship.

Pinseekers Summer Golf Camp - Summer 2025

Tiffin Recreation is partnering with PinSeekers for a spring break co-ed golf camp at PinSeekers in Tiffin .  The camp is for all abilities ages 8 to 14.  Each day there will be instruction; led by PinSeekers staff,  then golfers will head to their bays to practice and play games.  Feel free to drop off your kids or hang out. 

The camp will be from 10am to 11:30am.  The cost is $95. If your kid can make only two of the days, there is a $60 half camp option. Your kid will be able to be in same bay with his friends.  You can bring your own clubs or borrow theirs at no cost.  

Parents that want to hit balls will have to rent their own bays.  Thanks and we hope to see you there!
