Zumba - Spring I 2025

Zumba features Latin inspired music and dance to combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility for a total body workout. 

Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7pm at The Tiffin Middle School exercise room.

NO CLASS APRIL 14, due to facilities conflict.

Adult Cooking Class - Spring 2025

Join us for a fun and engaging adult cooking class on April 17th at 10:00am, where you'll learn how to create two delicious, no-fuss recipes—perfect for snacks, gatherings, or meal prep. In this hands-on session, we'll guide you through making savory Cream Cheese Pinwheels, a delightful bite-sized treat filled, and Peanut Butter Energy Balls, a nutritious and satisfying snack packed with protein and natural sweetness.

T-Ball - Spring 2025

PK/K:  Learn the basics of baseball by starting out in T-Ball

Program is Co-ed, kids MUST be going into Kindergarten fall of 2025 or 2026.  Please use your best discretion on if your kid is ready for this.  T-Ball can be very dangerous with bats and balls involved. 

Practices and games will be on the new Tiffin Ball Fields at the Auxiliary Fields, Sunday afternoons between Noon and 3pm. An adult must accompany each child at each session. Half the days will be practices and half games.  All your kid needs is a glove, all other equipment will be provided.  We recommend a used leather small baseball glove. The new ones are just too stiff.   Enrollment of individual levels may close early due to lack of coaches, number of kids, fields, etc.

WE NEED COACHES.  To become a coach sign up as a volunteer when registering.

No one will be turned away due to ability to pay. Please email fhaege@tiffin-iowa.org for scholarship requests or with any other questions. 

Youth Baseball/Softball - Spring 2025

Tiffin Rec teams will be playing in the NLCBS league again this year.  All practices are in Tiffin, most games in Tiffin, some at Penn Meadows Park in North Liberty.  Steps 1 and 2 are T-Ball.  Enrollment of individual levels may close early due to lack of coaches, number of kids, fields, etc.

Grades are grades for FALL of 2025. PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Step 3 (Grades 1)- Sunday afternoon practices, Wednesday (poss Fr) night games. Coach Pitch. April 9 thru June 20. RULES

Step 4 (Grades 2-3) -  Sunday afternoon practices, Wednesday (poss fr) night games. Transition Pitch. Starts March 31, ends June 20. RULES

Step 5 (Junior)  (Grades 4-5) - Monday and Thursday nights for games and practices; possible Friday nights. Kid Pitch No Walks. Starts March 31, ends July 1. RULES

Step 6 (Senior) (Grades 6-7-8) - Monday and Thursday nights for games and practices; possible Friday nights. Regular Rules. Starts March 31, ends July 1. RULES

Adult Pick Up Basketball - Winter 2024

Join us at the CCA Middle School Auxiliary Gym from 6pm to 8pm each Wednesday.

If there is no school (Holiday Break, etc.) there is no basketball.  Park in main lot, use front door. 

Must be 18 and out of high school.  This is free, but please sign up so we have a waiver for you and contact info. Thanks!

30 Plus Basketball - Winter 2024

Come on Down for a 30 plus basketball open gym!

Bring clean sneakers, a white shirt and a black shirt.
