Basic and Family Online Yoga - Spring 2021

In this class the basic foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Family members are encouraged to join in.

This will be an 8 week course with classes held online only via Zoom and instructed by Jennifer Long of Long Term Fitness.  She can answer questions at ltfitness247@gmail.com.  The class will be held on Saturday's from 9:30 to 10:00am.
