Supreme Basketball League - Winter 2026

Supreme Youth Basketball Program

Who:  Grades 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th-6th (Boys and Girls divisions for each grade)                       

When: January 3-February 21 (February 28: 5th-6th Grade season-ending tournament) (Open Practice is January 3 for 1st-2nd graders; all games begin on January 10). 3rd-6th grade will scrimmage on January 3rd.

Where: North Liberty Recreation Center, Coralville Recreation Center, Buford Garner, Tiffin Elementary, Oak Hill Elementary, and Van Allen Elementary Schools.

Days:  Saturdays

Times: 9:00-6:00 (These times are estimates, and teams may play at any time during the listed hours, depending on the team and grade level of the kids.)

Fee: $55 for 1st-2nd grade, $65 for 3rd-4th grade, and $75 for 5th-6th grade.

Registration Deadline: November 9 (a $5.00 late fee applies after the deadline). If optimal numbers are not achieved, the league may be closed. Sign up early!!

Practices for 3rd-4th and 5th-6th grade will begin on December 7 and take place on Sundays from 3:00-8:00 pm. Practices will also be held on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm, depending on the volunteer coach's availability and the chosen time and day. Practice will be one hour long. First- and second-graders will have their first team practice on January 3. When games start on January 10, the first 40 minutes of the 1-2 grade will be spent practicing, followed by two 14-minute half games.     

Pee-Wee Basketball - Annual 2026

Pee Wee Basketball with Tiffin Rec

Get ready to bounce into basketball fun with Tiffin Recreation! This co-ed program is designed for kids currently in Kindergarten or entering Kindergarten next fall (sorry, no younger participants).

Led by City of Tiffin staff, this camp-style program focuses on skills and drills—no teams, no games, and no pressure. It’s all about learning the basics and having a blast!

Note: This is not part of the Supreme League. No uniforms or photos are included at this level.

Location: Oak Hill Elementary
Dates: Sundays from January 4 to February 8
Times: BOYS: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
GIRLS: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Times may shift slightly based on volunteer coach availability.

We’re looking for volunteer assistant coaches to help make this program a slam dunk—no experience needed, just a love for helping kids grow!

Cost shouldn’t be a barrier. If you need scholarship info, reach out to aplatz@tiffin-iowa.org.

If schedule changes affect your ability to participate, refunds will be provided.

Zumba - October - Fall II 2025

Step Into Happy!  This high energy work-out mixes Latin music and dance for a fun and effective fitness program.

Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7 pm at the Tiffin Middle School Fitness Area

Pee-Wee Volleyball (Grades 1-2) - Fall 2025

Get coached by Pro Beach Volleyball player Erin O'Connor!  Erin is a Tiffin resident and also runs that Iowa Sand Academy!

Erin will teach your kid the basics of volleyball and get a head start developing physical and mental skills.. Participants will be given instruction on a variety of skills and will scrimmage each week.  There are NO teams, its ran like a camp, drills and scrimmages.  Shirts are not provided at this level.

This will take place on Mondays from 6 to 7pm at the Tiffin Middle School.

Volunteer assistant coaches are needed for this program.

Pumpkin Painting - Fall 2025

Celebrate fall with a fun pumpkin painting activity! Pumpkins are from the fabulous Stacie’s Greenhouse! All supplies will be provided for your fall-tastic masterpiece!

Rec Day - Fall 2025

No school for PLPs? No problem! We’ve got the kids covered! Kindergarten–4th graders can spend the morning playing gym games, making crafts, and having fun with friends while their adults attend conferences!

A $5 fee covers snacks and supplies!

Supreme League Flag Football - Fall 2025

Practice Fields MAP   GAMES  PHOTO DAY SEPT 21 

• We are a part of the NFL ran flag program where each kids gets an authentic NFL team jersey to wear for season and keep.  Levels are grades 1/2. 3/4, 5/6.
•  Practices in Tiffin at the Auxiliary Fields on Hwy 6.  Games are Sunday's in Tiffin and CV.  
• WE NEED COACHES, Head Coaches receive a 100% registration refund.  Sign yourself or your coach up as a volunteer to coach.  We also take older brothers, grand parents, etc.
• There will be a FREE “Mini - Camp” for players and coaches prior to the season, July 29 and 31, 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Tiffin Auxiliary Fields, 105 South Park Road; Tiffin, Iowa. T
• Practices start week of Aug 11th, one or two nights a week, exact times and day(s) will depend on coaches schedule. Scrimmage day is Aug 24th. Nothing on Aug 31, then games Sunday's Sept. 7  - Oct 26.  Playoff rain date is Oct 27.  Teams will be published the week after mini-camp.
• Mouth Guards are required, purchase your own. 

• If the days/times, location of practices end up not working for you, you will receive a refund if you withdraw before 1st game.
• No one will be turned away because of cost, contact aplatz@tiffin-iowa.org to request scholarships.

Supreme League Volleyball - Fall 2025

GAMES  PRACTICES

Learn the basics of volleyball and get a head start on junior high play. Participants will be given instruction on a variety of skills and will play matches each week.  Levels are grades 3/4 and 5/6 grouped together.

In addition to the games on Tuesdays, there will be a practice on either Monday, Wed or Th that will be determined by your child's coach and facility availability. Games are in either Tiffin, NL or CV, practices are in Tiffin at the Middle School gym.

We will have a FREE players/coaches clinic on Tuesday, August 12, at the North Liberty Community Center from 5:15 to 6:45 pm for the 3rd-4th grade division and 7:00 to 8:30  for the 5-6 grade division, no sign up just show up.

Volunteer coaches are needed for this program.  To be a coach, sign yourself up as a volunteer.  We can not start until we have enough coaches.  No experience is necessary.

Co-Ed Slow Pitch Softball, D/E - Fall 2025

Get a group of friends together for some Co-ed Softball played on Monday nights tat the City of Tiffin Ball Fields. Bring the kids down and let them run around in the park while you play some softball on beautiful Iowa fall evenings.  This is played at the D/E level, recreational and fun.

Monday Nights, game times will be 6:30 and 7:30pm. We are planning on a 6 week regular season followed by a 2 week playoff. Contact your favorite local business to see if they are interested in sponsoring your team! Games will be 5 innings or a 1 hour time limit.

No games on Labor Day weekend. Rules are listed under our DOWNLOADS tab, located on the main page banner, near the top of the page.

We usually have paid umps but if we can't find any it may be an ump each other's games situation.

Adult Pick Up Basketball - Winter 2024

Join us at the CCA Middle School Gym from 6pm to 8pm each Wednesday during the school year

No hoops during CCA Holiday, Spring and Summer breaks.  Park in main lot, use front door. 

Must be 18 and out of high school.  This is free, but please sign up so we have a waiver for you and contact info. Thanks!

30 Plus Basketball - Winter 2024

Come on Down for a 30 plus basketball open gym!

Bring clean sneakers, a white shirt and a black shirt.

Monday nights Sept  thru May, June. No games when school is on Holiday, Spring or Summer breaks.
